Redistribute the Funds to Mental Health Services

Ottawa is capable of redirecting millions of funds, now used for punishing (innocent) citizens, towards resilient aid that reaches the young and old habitants of Ottawa. Community programs, collaboration with locals and the end of police brutality will improve the city and set a presedent for our country.
