As Ottawa and the rest of the world continue to respond to this unprecedented time in history, the City of Ottawa and Ottawa Public Health are looking to learn more about your thoughts, perceptions, and understanding of current recommendations in place related to COVID-19.

The City and Ottawa Public Health are exploring how we can support Ottawa residents as businesses and services have gradually reopened during Stage 3 of the Ontario Government’s Framework for Reopening our Province.

During the first and second phases of COVID-19 engagement, we asked you about the changes you have made to protect yourself and your loved ones from COVID-19, how easy it has been for you to receive and understand information from different levels of government, what kinds of supports you have accessed and your ideas on how to maintain physical distancing into the future. As the pandemic progressed, we asked for your priorities for easing restrictions in the City of Ottawa, your needs for and City and Public Health programs and services, and ideas on how to continue to support local businesses. The full reports for phase 1 and phase 2 of the COVID-19 engagement are available here.

Please check back regularly as we will update this page to seek ongoing feedback as we continue to navigate next steps.
