Consultation has concluded

The City is welcoming community comments on the proposed path improvement and basketball projects in Medhurst Park located at 403 Woodfield Drive, Ward 9, Knoxdale-Merivale.

Part A – Path Improvement

A connection from the existing parking lot located in the park off Medhurst Drive has been requested by the community as there have been complaints from people not being able to access the pathway from the park. The portion of this project includes a depressed curb from the parking lot, TWSI and path connection.

Part B – Basketball Court

A full size basketball court has been requested by the community to be installed in the general vicinity of the existing asphalt area. A basketball court in this location has been identified by the community as a high priority.
