• Play area with junior and senior play structure
• Swing set with various type of swings
• Sand play area with permanent shade umbrella
• Three permanent shade umbrella tables
• Picnic area
• Benches
• Open greenspace suitable for mini sports field
• Basketball court
• Space for winter puddle rink if required in the future
• Asphalt pathways
• Tree planting for visual interest and shade
• Park sign
• Bike rack

Please be aware that the proposed amenities in the park may be revised due to public comments, technical detailing, and material availability at the time of construction and /or financial constraints.
