This short survey is part of the City of Ottawa’s review of its Community Safety and Well-Being Plan (2021–2031). The Plan brings together residents, businesses, community groups, and government to work on long-term solutions that help make all communities in Ottawa safer and healthier.

As part of this review, we are asking for your input to help guide the next phase of this collective effort. We want to make sure the Plan continues to reflect what matters to people across the city, supports practical changes, and encourages everyone to take part in creating safe, welcoming communities. Your feedback will help refine priorities, identify emerging priorities, and shape meaningful actions.

The survey includes two parts:

• Part A: Your Input on Safety and Well-Being
• Part B: About You (Demographic Questions) – Optional

Your answers are anonymous and voluntary. The information you share will help shape how the City supports safer, healthier, and more inclusive communities across Ottawa.
