The fifth phase of online engagement was available from January 15 to February 15, 2021. 1761 residents provided feedback on 8 survey questions. The survey was focused on COVID-19 vaccines, and themes included:
- Reasons why residents would choose to be vaccinated or not for COVID-19
- Reasons why residents would wait before being vaccinated for COVID-19
- Challenges that may prevent residents and their families from getting vaccinated for COVID-19
- Who residents trust for information on COVID-19 vaccines
- Behaviours that residents feel are important in preventing the spread of COVID-19
