The design is proposed to include a:

• Swing set (including 2x-belt swings; 1x-toddler bucket swing; 1x-accessible seat swing)
• Sand play area 
• Permanent umbrella-shade picnic table
• Bench and trash receptacle
• Asphalt path(s) 
• Open-play grassed areas
• Tree plantings, and

EITHER:

• Option 1: Rock climbing structure and exercise equipment structure for teens and adults

OR

• Option 2: Climbing structure for children and a basic amount of exercise equipment for teens and adults.
