Join us for the second open house on the Stittsville South (W-4) development on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Cardel Recreation Centre, 1500 Shea Rd. This session will cover:

• Existing Conditions Report: A detailed overview of the current state of the area, including environmental, transportation, and infrastructure assessments.
• Draft Concept Plan: Presentation of the initial concept plan outlining proposed land uses, community features, and development strategies.
• Feedback from the First Open House: A summary of the community feedback received during our first open house and how it has shaped the current planning process.

You are invited to the first open house for the new growth neighbourhood in Stittsville South. This will be from 6-8pm on February 29th at the Cardel Recreation Centre, 1500 Shea Rd. At the open house, staff from the City as well as from the landowners group will be in attendance to provide information about the planning process and answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to attend, all information presented will be posted at engage.ottawa.ca after the open house.
