W2 - North Stittsville - Future Neighbourhood

The City of Ottawa has initiated a Community Design Plan process for the development of the Stittsville North Urban Expansion Area (also referred to as W2 Lands), located west of the existing Stittsville community in Ottawa.

In order to develop these lands, the requirements to remove the Future Neighbourhood Overlay must be met in accordance with the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan, and a Master Plan will be prepared in accordance with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process.
