Existing Conditions Reports

The Tewin Team is sharing several Existing Conditions Reports that have been submitted to the City of Ottawa, Conservation Authorities, and other applicable agencies for technical review as part of the coordinated Community Design Plan (CDP) and Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process.

These reports are being posted for information to share the Tewin Team’s understanding of the current state of the Study Area and surrounding context with all interest holders. These comprehensive technical reports have been prepared to help guide informed decision-making to promote balanced and sustainable development that respects the area's unique characteristics and needs.
