Site Alteration By-law Review
The City of Ottawa is seeking public feedback on proposed changes to the Site Alteration (By-law No. 2018-164).
Staff were directed to consult on the changes outlined in the Motion ACS2023-PRE-EDP-0041. Prior to completing the following survey, we encourage all participants to review the Site Alteration By-law Review Engage Ottawa page.
The data collected through the following survey will be used to guide the final wording of the By-law, which will be brought to the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee and Council for approval.
Note: Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act 2001 S.O. 2001, C. 25. Personal information will be used by the City for the purpose of reviewing public feedback related to the Site Alteration By-law (No. 2018-164).
