10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan (2026-2035)
Ottawa’s 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan (2026-2035) (10-Year Plan) has been released. It was approved by City Council on April 8, 2026. This is the third iteration of the plan since 2014.
Project Update - Upcoming Demolition at 1010 Somerset Street
Starting in early May 2026, the City of Ottawa will begin demolition work at 1010 Somerset Street. Demolition is expected to be completed at the end of June 2026.
