The City of Ottawa's Office of the Auditor General (OAG) is currently conducting an Audit of Recreational and Cultural Programming. As part of this audit, the Auditor General is seeking residents’ feedback to better understand their awareness of, access to, and satisfaction with recreational and cultural programming by the City.
Please note that this survey relates only to recreational and cultural programs delivered by the City of Ottawa, including programming provided by both staff and volunteers. It does not include programs offered by private clubs, associations, organizations or leagues that may operate in City facilities or rented City spaces.
The survey will remain open until Thursday, November 26, 2026 and should take approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help the OAG assess whether recreational and cultural programming is meeting residents' needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responses will be reviewed and analyzed in aggregate and will be used to inform the audit. Survey results may be summarized in the Auditor General's report, which is expected to be presented to the Audit Committee in the second quarter of 2027.
Participation in this survey is voluntary. Individual responses will remain confidential and will not be attributed to any respondent.
If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Auditor General at oag@ottawa.ca. To learn more about the OAG, please visit www.oagottawa.ca.
We thank you in advance for your participation and sharing your feedback with our Office.
