Professional Learning Information Form

In order to better understand the providers and to identify key contacts for professional learning initiatives, the City’s Children’s Services is looking to gather details about your organization and your designated Professional Learning Champions.

This information will help us to facilitate effective communication and coordination of professional development activities, as well as ensure that professional learning opportunities are tailored to the specific needs of different provider types, including Collective Stream, Indigenous, and Francophone organizations. The information will also support the development of a Professional Learning Working Group that will collaborate to identify and prioritize professional development needs, develop annual plans, and promote continuous learning across the sector.

Your participation will help us support and enhance the Professional Development of staff within the Child Care and Early Years sector and - more specifically - within your organization.
