Ministerial approval received for Official Plan Amendment 46

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has approved Official Plan Amendment 46, subject to 17 modifications. The decision, along with the ministerial modifications, can be viewed on the amendment's Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO) page.

Pursuant to subsections 17 (36.5) and (38.1) of the Planning Act, the Minister's decision is final and not subject to appeal. Official Plan Amendment 46, as modified by the Minister, is deemed to have come into effect on April 14, 2026.
