Oakhill Road One-Way Conversion – We Want Your Input!
The City of Ottawa is considering a change to traffic flow on Oakhill Road, converting it to one-way travel from Acacia Avenue to Beechwood Avenue. This proposal stems from safety concerns identified at the intersection of Oakhill and Acacia, where a hedge at the north-east corner restricts sight lines for drivers exiting onto Acacia.
Following an initial consultation with nearby residents, the one-way option emerged as the preferred solution. However, we recognize that this change may impact travel patterns for the larger community.
We want to hear from you! Your feedback is essential in shaping the final decision. Please share your thoughts by participating in this engagement process.
Your input will help us ensure that any changes made reflect the needs of the community. Thank you for taking the time to participate!
