Montrichard Park

Project Overview

The City of Ottawa is seeking your input regarding the design of the park in the Provence subdivision. This is a new park located at 561 Montrichard Road, this park is located at the intersection of Montrichard Road and Dick Brown Street in the Orléans South-Navan Ward.

The community is invited to identify their preferred option and to provide comments on the proposed equipment.

The park will be developed in accordance with the City’s Accessibility Design Standards.

Please be aware that the final park plan may differ from the concept being presented as a result of the public consultation responses, technical detailing, and supply and/or financial constraints.

Concepts

The two concepts differ subtly in the colour scheme and type of play equipment, as well as the type of shaded gathering space.

Option 1 – Blue and Red Colour Scheme, Junior and Senior Climbing Structures, and Shaded Seating Area.

Option 2 – Purple, Yellow, and Blue Colour Scheme, Junior and Senior Climbing Structures, and Pedestal Tables.

Both options include the following amenities:
