A place for everyone

As a newcomer to Canada and a resident of Centertown Ottawa, The public library (Main) on Metcalfe, has been a vital space for our little family. We have used the printing for important documents, we got play time and a social time for our little ones in the Kids section when it was raining or cold outside, we got books for all on us, specially early reader books now for our little one, helping with reading new books all the time.

The friendly faces at the kids section and the public printing are going to be missed when Main is going to move out of Metcalfe Street. To be walking distance from a public library is a big lovely advantage we really enjoyed as a young family.
