Release of Draft Land Use Plan and Supporting Studies

The draft Land use Plan, along with supporting technical studies, is now available for public and agency review and comment.

The Land Use Plan and studies have been prepared in accordance with the City’s Official Plan and related master plan requirements for new community planning in future neighbourhoods.

Comments will be accepted until August 3, 2026.

All feedback will be reviewed and considered as the plan is refined. Staff anticipate bringing the final Land Use Plan forward to Committee in September 2026 for consideration.
