  From 12-1:30pm on September 16th the Culture Plan team will be joining the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition's Songs from the Shed on Sparks Street, presented in partnership with the Downtown BIA.

  Share your thoughts on the future of culture in Ottawa as you enjoy live performances by multi-instrumentalist Nawfel Djari and singer-songwriter Kenny Hayes.

  On June 25th the cultural planning team will be supporting Arts Ottawa in kicking off Shared Ground, a day-long session bringing together artists, cultural & community leaders to discuss how to transform underused urban spaces into cultural assets.

  The team will be focused on encouraging discussions about cultural space – what are our current assets, gaps and opportunities for the future.

  Want to move a little? The Jamad Basketball Camp, an international non-profit to encourage young girls in sports will be coming to Ottawa the weekend of June 21-22nd! In collaboration with Future Paths Network, let's have conversation about basketball culture in Ottawa.

  Be sure to join us at the Taggart Parkes Family Clubhouse, from 11am to 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday – we're excited to see you there!
