The phase 3 survey is now available!

The City and Ottawa Public Health are exploring how we can support Ottawa residents as businesses and services have gradually reopened during Stage 3 of the Ontario Government’s Framework for Reopening our Province.

In phase 3, we want to hear about how COVID-19 is affecting your life including your long-term aspirations and concerns living with the virus. We want to hear your perceptions of the mandatory mask bylaw and other safety measures, social circles and gathering limits and opening of higher risk sectors (i.e. gyms, bars, schools). We ask that you share your ideas for how businesses and services can operate safely.

Your feedback will continue to help us develop a recovery plan that meets the needs and expectations of our community.
