Alcide Trudeau Park – Pathway Renewal
Alcide Trudeau Park Park is in Ward 20 - OSGOODE. The park currently provides residents with various recreational amenities, such as play structures, baseball diamond, walking paths and a community building.
The pathways in the park are approx. 1.5m wide. The pathways appear to be original to the parks construction and are definitely showing their age and significant signs of deterioration. The need for a full pathway reconstruction is warranted. The new pathways are to be medium duty with a 2m width. An approximate total of 450 linear meters are slated for replacement.
Construction will take place in mid-summer of 2024. Localized closure of the park for the construction period may be required.
