Council approves Transportation Master Plan Part 2

On July 23, 2025, the Transportation Master Plan’s Capital Infrastructure Plan was approved, as amended by City Council. The Plan identifies the transit, road, and active transportation investments that are required to support Ottawa’s growth and achieve the City’s objectives.

The final Transportation Master Plan’s Capital Infrastructure Plan will be posted in the coming weeks on the project website.

The Transportation Master Plan’s project team is grateful to all residents and stakeholders who participated in the consultation process. Implementation of the Transportation Master Plan’s Capital Infrastructure Plan will proceed through the City’s annual capital budget and project planning processes.
