Backyard Bookmobile Library

We recently discovered that the bookmobile comes to our neighbourhood.  Ever since, we've gone (almost every week) for 2 years!  My children look forward to it on a weekly basis, and we take out anywhere between 10-20 books a week, both FR and EN.  We also borrow video games and museum passes.  Through these experiences, my children have:

- discovered a love for books, developed a sense of patience (we put many books on hold and need to wait for them to become available/arrive at the bookmobile)

- developed a sense of responsibility to minimize footprint (we no longer buy games or books, we just borrow from the library)

- actively uses the library as a resource (will request specific information about things they are curious about)

Thank-you for all that you offer. I am sure as the kids grow up, we will continue to utilize the services that the library has to offer.
