Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who voted on a replacement playground for Kenmore Bicentennial Park in Osgoode Ward.

95 per cent of respondents preferred the traditional playground because:

  • It has more options for children of all ages to play and explore.
  • It allows children who would rather take the stairs enjoy the playground in various ways.
  • The natural colour scheme works best in a rural environment and will stay in fashion longer.
  • It has more activities, allowing more children to play without being overcrowded.

Respondents who preferred the modern theme felt the HyPar Net would help children develop skills and allow more unstructured play.
