Project Completed - new splash pad opened July 2022.
Construction Update
Construction on the new splash pad at Kaladar Park is currently underway and anticipated to be completed by end of July 2022. Construction schedule is dependent on available material supply and weather. The community will be kept informed as this project moves forwards.
Consultation has concluded
Thank you to everyone who provided their input on the splash pad design for Kaladar Park. The design team considered residents suggestion for an interactive element, two splash blasters have been included in the design. Other comments such as additional seating and waste receptacle will be considered if budget permits.
The City is looking for feedback on the replacement of the splash post with a new splash pad at Kaladar Park, located at 2554 Kaladar Avenue.
