– Park construction is anticipating to start mid-May 2021 with substantial completion Fall 2021.

– Park has been named Hunsdeep Rangar Park through commemorative naming.

The City is looking for your help to design a new park in Avalon West, Orleans. The 0.8-hectare Décoeur Park will be between Décoeur Drive and Gardenpost Terrace.

Share your feedback on the park’s final design details, recreation amenities and park features, including:

  • Seating area with an accessible umbrella shelter and accessible benches
  • Combined junior and senior play equipment including swings
  • Open play area
  • Lit multi-use pathway and a curvilinear pathway running through the park
