As we look to the future for the development of the new Older Adult Plan, we are beginning the engagement process as the first step in establishing the priorities and structure needed to move forward with the development of the new plan.

We are seeking your support in encouraging your clients to participate. It is crucial to reach as many older adults as possible, specifically older adults from underrepresented and marginalized groups, to ensure we are shaping a plan that is responsive to the needs of all of Ottawa’s older adults.

We created this toolkit to provide partners with various options to engage with their clients, should the in-person consultation and Engage Ottawa survey not meet your clients’ needs.

They want to learn about what it is like for older adults living in Ottawa. The information you provide will inform the City of Ottawa's new Older Adult Plan. The new plan will be launched in 2025.
