Consultation has concluded

The City is looking for your feedback on the Concept Plan for a new park development for Cappamore Park in Ward 21, Rideau-Goulbourn. The 3.03 hectare park is located at 725 Cappamore Drive which is north of Barnsdale Road and west of Greenbank Road.

You can download and review the Cappamore Park Concept Plan in the ‘Document Library’ (located to the right) which shows the proposed design and more information on the proposed park amenities, including the play equipment. Please note that changes to the proposed Concept Plan may be necessary based on consultation feedback and potential budget constraints.

    Proposed Design

    The proposed design includes:

    • Play equipment intended for ages 18 months through 12 years old
    • Fitness equipment intended for adults
    • A full-sized basketball court
    • A baseball diamond with lighting
    • A shade shelter
    • Park furniture (benches and trash receptacle)
    • A parking lot
    • Park pathways
    • Tree plantings
