Pilot feedback
You’ve seen the screens. Now we’d like to hear from you.
We’ve added new Bus Stops Transit Information Screens to four bus stops across Ottawa. They show real-time bus route information right at the stop—everything you need, when you need it.
Are they helpful? Are they clear? Do they make your wait better?
Why this matters
These new screens use e-ink display technology, similar to a Kindle.
Easy to read in sunlight or at night
Solar-powered and energy-efficient
Designed to handle Ottawa’s weather
We’re testing them in real conditions to see how well they work, and how useful they really are for riders like you.
Where to find the screens
The pilot screens are currently live at:
Eagleson Park & Ride – Stop A (3055)
Bank/Somerset (1902)
Civic Hospital - Carling/TOH Civic Campus (8020)
Bayshore Mall - Woodridge/Bayshore (1222)
These stops were chosen to see how the screens perform in different parts of the city.
Why your feedback counts
We can track the tech, but only you can tell us what it’s like to use.
This survey will help us understand what works, and what could be better.
It’s short, and your answers go directly into helping us make real decisions about how we improve transit.
Take the survey
If you’ve used one of the screens—or even just noticed one during your trip—take a minute to tell us what you think.
Thanks for being part of this. OC Transpo Team
