The City of Ottawa hosted its second public information session to provide preliminary ideas for the Algonquin Station and Baseline-Merivale Secondary Plans.

Date: Monday, June 15, 2026

Location: Julian of Norwich Anglican Church, 7 Rossland Ave

The purpose of this in-person drop-in meeting was to seek feedback on preliminary ideas for both secondary plan areas. Approximately 100 residents and stakeholders attended the session, reviewing display boards, engaging in discussions with City staff and consultants, and submitting their comments.

The feedback received will be used to inform key revisions to the plans, regarding urban design, infrastructure requirements, transportation networks, and parks.
