Purpose of the Master Plan
The purpose of this Master Plan is to create a long-range strategy to guide growth of the Accora Village community in alignment with the Official Plan. The Master Plan process will determine the future land uses, height, density, connectivity, and the overall character of the community.
Study Area
The Accora Village Master Plan study area includes sites at 15 Woodridge Crescent; 90 Woodridge Crescent; 124 Woodridge Crescent; 18 Bayshore Drive; 21 Bayshore Drive; 43 Bayshore Drive; and 47 Bayshore Drive.
The study area is generally bound by Carling Avenue to the north, loosely bound by Bayshore Drive to the east, Richmond Road and Provincial Highway 417 to the south and Holly Acres to the west. The primary access for this community is off Woodridge Crescent and Bayshore Drive.
The areas identified in blue are proposed to be subject to this Master Plan process.
