Project Updates

The 1245 Kilborn Project Team is preparing the "What we Heard Report" for Public Open House #1. It will be posted online when it's ready.

The Project Team has also launched a Request for Offers to seek planning and delivery partners to work collaboratively with the City to develop and implement the Concept Plan and Implementation Plan for 1245 Kilborn Place. It is anticipated that a team of partners will be selected in early 2026. Further public engagement will be planned in 2026 as the City works with these partners to develop a draft of the Concept Plan and Implementation Plan.
