The LMS Customer Portal for online submissions is Now Live!

We are pleased to announce the Building Code Services launch of the external portal for online submissions. Citizens may now submit their Access to Building Permit Records and Compliance Reporting applications from the comfort of their home or office. Access to the LMS Customer Portal can be obtained through a My Service Ottawa account at Ottawa.ca.
