Thank You for Sharing Your Experiences!
EarlyON Engagement Now Closed.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their experiences with EarlyON services in Ottawa. We heard from hundreds of families, caregivers and guardians across the city through surveys and interviews, and we are truly grateful for the time, care, and insights you shared.

Thanks to all your meaningful feedback and insights, we were able to achieve the desired level of participation for both the interviews and online surveys. In alignment with the planned engagement timeline, this phase of engagement is now closed.

All survey and interview responses will be gathered and analyzed by Nanos Research. Findings will be shared with the City of Ottawa and used to help guide future planning, decisions, improvements, and investments in local EarlyON services.

Are you a parent, caregiver, or guardian who has used EarlyON services in Ottawa? Your voice matters, and we’d love to hear from you.

The City of Ottawa’s Children’s Services is working with Nanos Research to better understand how EarlyON programs are currently supporting families and how services can continue to improve in ways that reflect the diverse needs and experiences of our community. This evaluation will help Children’s Services assess key aspects of program quality, including service delivery, accessibility, cultural responsiveness, and overall experience.

Your feedback is essential. By participating, you will directly contribute to shaping the future of EarlyON programs and strengthening the supports available for children, families, guardians and caregivers across Ottawa.

We are also connecting with EarlyON Service Providers to gather their insights as part of this evaluation.

    How You Can Participate:

Complete the Online Survey (Open until May 22):

We are asking parents, caregivers, and guardians to complete a short survey at the link below:

    Children's Services EarlyON Survey (https://surveys.nanosresearch.com/366553?lang=en)

The survey is designed to be short and easy to complete, and your input will help us understand your experience with EarlyON programs.

    Participate in a Phone Interview:

We are also inviting interested parents, caregivers and guardians to take part in a confidential phone interview. This conversation will allow you to share more detailed feedback about your experiences.

If you would like to participate in an interview or have questions about either the survey or the interview process, please email: childrensservices@ottawa.ca.

Please include “EarlyON interview opportunity” in the subject line.

    What Happens with the Results?

All survey and interview responses will be gathered and analyzed by Nanos Research. Findings will be shared with the City of Ottawa and used to help guide future planning, decisions, improvements, and investments in EarlyON services.

Your participation helps ensure EarlyON continues to offer welcoming, accessible, and meaningful programming for families across our community.
