June 3, 2025 Update:

Following the initial public consultation and further investigation of the site and river conditions in the vicinity, a revised concept plan has been prepared proposing a concrete canoe/kayak launch instead of a dock addition to provide improved access to the river for personal watercraft at this location.

The revised concept plan has been added to the document library on the right.

Please share your feedback through the survey below. It will be available until June 17, 2025.

The City is looking for your feedback on a dock addition to Dutchie's Hole Park at 154 Mann Avenue in Ward 12 - Rideau-Vanier.

The concept plan and images are in the document library on the right. Take the survey below to share your feedback.

The design of the dock shall be like those found in Bordeleau Park, Brantwood Park (image below), Brewer Park and Windsor Park, allowing canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddleboards to be launched. A new accessible path will link the dock to the existing park facilities and pathway system.
